VHUES Mild Toning Elixir may qualify for return within 45 days of delivery when applicable product-condition, hygiene and policy requirements are met.

Unopened and unused products may qualify when returned in their original condition with required packaging and components.

Brief product evaluation may also be eligible where the dispenser qualifies as non-contact pump packaging, the nozzle and remaining contents have not been exposed to direct skin contact, use was limited to brief evaluation, and at least 80% of the contents remain. All other policy and hygiene conditions must be met.

Voluntary return conditions do not restrict applicable statutory withdrawal rights or consumer protections concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, unsafe or mis-described products.
