VHUES BEAUTY — CANCELLATION & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Clarified ReVHUES Beauty Program store-credit structure to specify that credits equal the amount paid for the featured product(s) up to program caps ($30 CAD for photo posts / $50 CAD for video posts). Reinforced that participation does not create additional cancellation, refund, or return rights. Updated credit validity to 6 months to align with Terms of Service and Program Rules.


Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights that apply to you (for example, rights regarding defective or mis-described goods).

This Policy governs cancellations and (if introduced) subscriptions for purchases made at vhues.ca (the “Website”). It should be read together with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy.


QUICK SUMMARY (PLAIN ENGLISH)

Cancel Before Fulfillment:
Email support@vhues.ca before your order enters fulfillment to cancel.

After Fulfillment Has Started:
Cancellations aren’t possible once an order is in packing or shipped. Eligible items can still be returned under the 45-Day Returns Policy.

3-Shade Match Kits:
Final sale due to hygiene and custom assembly (unless damaged or defective).

Final-Sale Items & Most International Orders:
Not cancellable or returnable except for verified defects or carrier damage.

Subscriptions:
Not currently active. If introduced, they will require explicit consent and easy cancellation.


1) CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1 Standard Orders

  • Before Fulfillment — Orders may be cancelled any time before they enter picking/packing.
    Email support@vhues.ca with Order # + “Cancel Order” in the subject line.

  • After Fulfillment or Shipment — Cancellations are no longer possible once processing has begun.
    Eligible items may still be returned under our 45-Day Returns Policy.

  • Confirmation — A cancellation request is only effective once confirmed by email.
    If fulfillment cannot be stopped, the delivery/return process applies instead.

ReVHUES Beauty Program Participation

  • Participation in the ReVHUES Beauty Program does not alter, expand, or create cancellation or refund rights.

  • Store credits earned for approved posts:

    • equal the amount you actually paid for the VHUES product(s) featured in your post,
      up to $30 CAD for approved photo posts and up to $50 CAD for approved video posts, and

    • are voluntary creative rewards, non-cash, non-refundable, and final once issued.

  • Credits are issued as VHUES digital gift cards, valid for 6 months from issuance, and redeemable only at vhues.ca.

  • Participation does not convert purchases into refundable or cancellable items beyond what is defined in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

1.2 3-Shade Match Kits

Due to hygienic and custom filling processes, kits are final sale.
Cancellations or returns are not available unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos to support@vhues.ca.

1.3 Final-Sale Items

Products marked “Final Sale” cannot be cancelled or returned except where required by law for defective or mis-described goods.

1.4 International Orders

Orders outside the U.S. & Canada are final sale except for defective, damaged, or mis-described items.
Report issues immediately with photos.


2) SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

2.1 Current Status

VHUES BEAUTY does not currently offer subscription services.

2.2 Future Principles (Transparency)

If subscriptions launch, they will include:

  • Clear disclosure & affirmative consent

  • Advance renewal reminders

  • Easy pause/cancel options through account or email

  • No hidden fees or surprise charges

  • Prospective changes only


3) FORCE MAJEURE

VHUES BEAUTY is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control (e.g., carrier issues, customs, labor disruptions, pandemics, or natural disasters).


4) POLICY UPDATES

We may update this Policy prospectively.
Updates take effect once posted with a new Last Updated date. Continued use means acceptance.
