VHUES BEAUTY — PURCHASE OPTIONS, CANCELLATION & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights that apply to you under applicable law, including rights relating to defective, damaged, or mis-described goods.

This Policy governs order cancellations and any future subscription services for purchases made at vhues.ca (the “Website”). It should be read together with our Returns & Refunds — Complete Confidence Policy and Shipping Policy.

Cancel before fulfillment
You may request cancellation before your order enters fulfillment by emailing support@vhues.ca.

After fulfillment has started
Once an order is in picking, packing, or has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Eligible items may still be returned under our Returns & Refunds — Complete Confidence Policy, where applicable.

Final-sale items
Products marked Final Sale are not cancellable or returnable except where required by law.

International orders
Not cancellable once fulfillment begins. Returns are limited to defective, damaged, or mis-described items, as required by law.

Subscriptions
Not currently offered. Any future subscriptions will require explicit consent and easy cancellation.


1) Cancellation Policy

1.1 Standard Orders

Before Fulfillment
Orders may be cancelled any time before they enter picking or packing.

To request cancellation, email support@vhues.ca with your order number and “Cancel Order” in the subject line.

After Fulfillment or Shipment
Cancellations are no longer possible once fulfillment has begun or the order has shipped.

Where applicable, eligible items may still be returned under our Returns & Refunds — Complete Confidence Policy.

Confirmation Required
A cancellation request is effective only once confirmed by VHUES BEAUTY via email.
If fulfillment cannot be stopped, the delivery and return process applies instead.


1.2 Final-Sale Items

Products marked Final Sale cannot be cancelled or returned, except where required by law for defective, damaged, or mis-described goods.


1.3 International Orders

International orders are not eligible for cancellation once fulfillment has begun.

Returns are accepted only for verified defective, damaged, or mis-described items, as required by law.

Customs refusals, unpaid duties, taxes, or abandoned shipments are not eligible for refund.


2) Subscription Policy

2.1 Current Status

VHUES BEAUTY does not currently offer subscription services.

2.2 Future Principles (Transparency Commitment)

If subscription services are introduced, they will include:

Clear disclosure and affirmative opt-in consent

Advance renewal reminders

Easy pause or cancellation through account access or email

No hidden fees or surprise charges

Prospective changes only (no retroactive terms)


3) Force Majeure

VHUES BEAUTY is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs delays, labor actions, pandemics, natural disasters, or government restrictions.


4) Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated prospectively.
Updates take effect once posted with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
