Is VHUES vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes — always. All VHUES products are 100% vegan and never tested on animals. We believe beauty should never come at the expense of animal welfare.
What’s included in the VHUES Try-On?
You’ll receive the full-size product in your chosen shade (or bundle), delivered to your door. Your 14-day trial begins the day it’s delivered — you only pay if you decide to keep it.
How does the VHUES Try-On work?
1. Start Your Trial — Choose your product through our True Match Quiz or product page. At checkout, your payment method will be pre-authorized for the product cost, but you won’t be charged yet.
2. 14 Days to Try It — Your trial begins only when your package is delivered. Wear it in different lighting, test it with your routine, and see if it’s your match.
3. Want to Return? — Email support@vhues.ca before your trial ends. We'll send easy return instructions and the return address. Your return just needs to be received within 7 days after the 14-day trial ends. If there's a delay and your card is charged, we'll issue a full refund as soon as the product is received back. Return shipping is reimbursed with a receipt.
4. Love It? — Do nothing, and after your trial ends, we’ll process the payment automatically.
Can I return an opened product?
Yes — if it was part of a VHUES Try-On and you initiate the return within your 14-day trial period. Products can be returned in any state. For all other purchases, products must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location: most Canadian and U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. International delivery times may be longer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to see real-time updates on your delivery.
What if I have questions or need assistance?
Email support@vhues.ca with your order number and your question. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
If it’s a VHUES Try-On, contact us before your trial ends for a return — we’ll make the process easy and clear. For standard purchases, unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photos.
Why does my cart show a different price than my Try-On offer?
The Try-On program only charges you for shipping upfront — the product price in your cart is the full value that will be charged if you keep it past the trial period. This ensures transparency in value while giving you the option to return before payment.
