Canada & U.S.: Eligible products may be returned within 45 days of delivery, with free prepaid return shipping.

International destinations: Eligible products may be returned within 14 days after delivery of the final item in the order. Customers generally arrange and pay for ordinary international return shipping.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return when they meet the applicable return requirements.

Certain products in pump or squeeze-tube packaging may also qualify after brief evaluation when they can be dispensed without direct contact, at least 80% of the original contents remain, and all other eligibility requirements are met.

For hygiene reasons, products such as opened dropper or pipette products, lip products, wand applicators, open pots or tubs, and direct-contact beauty tools are generally final sale once opened or used.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or mis-shipped, please contact support@vhues.ca promptly. For visible transit damage or order errors, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever reasonably possible.

Orders begin processing quickly. You may request cancellation while an item remains unfulfilled through your customer account or by contacting support@vhues.ca.

We’ll make reasonable efforts to stop fulfillment, but cancellation can’t be guaranteed if processing, production, picking, packing, or shipment preparation has already begun.

Once an item has been fulfilled, voluntary cancellation is no longer available. Eligible products may still qualify for return after delivery.

If you notice an address error, contact support@vhues.ca as soon as possible.

We’ll make reasonable efforts to update the address before fulfillment or shipment where operationally possible, but changes can’t be guaranteed once processing has begun.
