Returns

Unopened and unused VHUES Hydrating Lip Oil may qualify for return within 45 days from delivery when all applicable eligibility, hygiene and condition requirements are met.

The product must remain in its original condition with any applicable hygiene seals intact and required packaging and components included.

Because the wand applicator contacts the lips and returns to the container, opened or used lip oils are generally excluded from ordinary change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons, where legally permitted.

Applicable statutory withdrawal, cancellation and consumer protection rights remain unaffected. Any hygiene-based statutory exemption applies only where its legal requirements are satisfied.
