How long does shipping usually take?
Typical timeline (Canada & U.S.): about 7–14 business days
Many orders arrive within about one to two weeks from the order date, depending on processing speed and destination.
Orders usually process within 4–9 business days. After dispatch, delivery within Canada and the U.S. typically takes an additional 3–5 business days.
The most accurate delivery estimate is always shown at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders.
- Canada & U.S.: Free standard shipping on orders $70 CAD+ (subtotal after discounts, before tax)
- International orders: Free shipping thresholds vary by region and are shown clearly at checkout once you enter your address
Shipping costs and free-shipping eligibility are always calculated transparently before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises.
What’s covered under your return policy?
For Canada and U.S. orders, our Complete Confidence Policy applies to eligible items. Eligibility depends on the product type and condition. You may request a return for any item within the applicable return window.
However, acceptance depends on the product type, condition, and how it was used.
Products are generally eligible for return if all of the following apply:
- Dispensed via pump, dropper, or squeeze tube
- No direct skin contact occurs during dispensing
- Used only for shade matching, sensitivity testing, or brief evaluation
- At least 80 percent of the original contents remain
- Returned with original packaging and all essential components
Examples of eligible products (if lightly used):
- Liquid foundation in pump bottles
- Face or eye primers in pump bottles
- Skincare serums or moisturizers in pumps or tubes
Products that are less likely to be accepted once opened:
For hygiene and safety reasons, return requests for the following may not be approved once opened or used:
- Products applied directly to the body or lips
- Items with built-in applicators (such as wands or doe-foot applicators)
- Products showing significant use, contamination, or missing components
Each return request is reviewed individually and eligibility is verified upon inspection.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@vhues.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll take care of it.

Where does VHUES ship from?
VHUES orders ship from North America through our fulfillment partners.
Shipping timelines depend on processing time and destination, with the most accurate estimate always shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
If you created an account, tracking is also available when you log in to your VHUES account.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear. If you have questions after that, email support@vhues.ca and we’ll help.
What’s the difference between processing time and shipping time?
Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment (typically 4–9 business days).
Shipping time begins after dispatch and depends on your location and courier. The most accurate estimate is always shown at checkout.
Ingredients & Skin Considerations
Where can I see the ingredient list?
Full ingredient lists (INCI) are shown on every product page. We believe clear visibility matters when you’re choosing what goes on your skin.
Are VHUES products fragrance-free?
Some formulas are fragrance-free, while others include carefully selected scent components.
If a product contains fragrance, it is clearly listed in the ingredient (INCI) section on the product page.
What if I have sensitive or reactive skin?
Many VHUES customers have sensitive or reactive skin. We recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully and patch-testing first.

Do VHUES products expire?
Yes. Each product includes a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol or best-before guidance on the packaging.
We recommend storing products in a cool, dry place and using them within the suggested timeframe.

I’m between two shades. What should I do?
In most cases, choosing the slightly lighter shade is more forgiving. It’s easier to warm up with bronzer than to correct a base that looks too deep.
Returns are available on eligible items in Canada and the U.S.
Will my foundation oxidize?
Oxidation can depend on skin oils, skincare, and application. Let skincare absorb fully, apply your base, then give it a few minutes before deciding.

How do I find my undertone?
Undertone is the hue beneath your skin’s surface.
- Cool can read pink or rosy
- Warm can read golden
- Neutral sits between

Tips for oily or combination skin
Keep layers thin. Let skincare absorb, use primer where you shine most, set lightly through the T-zone, and finish with setting spray for longer wear.
Tips for dry or dehydration-prone skin
Hydrate first. Apply in thin layers and press in with a damp sponge for a softer finish. Set only where you need it.
What coverage and finish should I expect?
Buildable coverage. One pump gives a natural everyday base. Add more only where you want it.
A brush gives more coverage; a sponge gives a softer blend.

What does “Made in North America” mean?
Manufacturing and assembly take place within Canada and the United States, depending on the product. Specific details may be listed on the product page when relevant.
Do you offer discounts or loyalty rewards?
From time to time, we offer limited promotions and rewards.
Do you offer samples?
We don’t currently offer traditional sample sizes. Instead, we focus on shade guidance, ingredient transparency, and returns on eligible items to reduce risk.
Vegan & Cruelty-Free Standards
Is VHUES 100 percent vegan?
Yes. VHUES maintains a fully vegan product line, meaning we do not use animal-derived ingredients. We are also Leaping Bunny Certified.
Do you test on animals or sell in markets that require animal testing?
No. VHUES does not test on animals at any stage, and we do not ask others to test on our behalf. Our cruelty-free standards are independently audited.
What’s the difference between vegan and cruelty-free?
Vegan refers to ingredients. Cruelty-free refers to testing. A product can be vegan but not cruelty-free. VHUES is both.
Can I mix VHUES products with other brands in my routine?
Yes. VHUES products are designed to fit into real routines, which often include more than one brand. You can layer them with your existing skincare and makeup. As with any new product, patch test if you are combining several active ingredients and pay attention to how your skin responds.
Inclusivity & Use
Is vegan makeup good for mature skin?
Yes. Flexible textures and thin layers tend to look the most natural. For foundation, prep well, apply gradually, and set only where needed.
Is makeup for men or kids?
Makeup is for anyone who wants it.
For children, we recommend caregiver guidance and patch-testing first, especially for sensitive skin.
Is vegan makeup halal?
Vegan means no animal-derived ingredients. Halal standards may also involve sourcing and processing. We are not halal certified, but we provide full ingredient transparency so you can decide confidently.

Vegan Makeup 101
What is vegan makeup?
Vegan makeup is made without animal-derived ingredients such as beeswax, lanolin, or carmine. VHUES uses plant-based and carefully selected synthetic alternatives for performance and wear.
Does vegan makeup mean it’s natural?
Not always. Vegan describes what’s not included. Many effective cosmetics use a blend of plant ingredients and lab-made materials designed for safety and stability.
Is vegan makeup better for your skin?
Not automatically. Vegan is an ingredient standard, not a skin guarantee. The best choice is the formula that feels comfortable and performs the way you need.

We ship from North America to customers in Canada, the United States, and many countries across Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, Oceania, and South America. Our current supported destinations include:

Are there any countries you cannot ship to?
Yes. Due to import rules and courier limitations, some countries and regions are currently not eligible for shipping.
At this time, we are not able to ship directly to:
Argentina, Belarus, Belize, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes on international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees set by your country’s customs authorities.
These charges are not collected by VHUES and are usually the responsibility of the recipient.
Each country has its own import thresholds and regulations. If you’re unsure what may apply, we recommend checking with your local customs office before purchasing.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, along with secure express checkout options such as Shop Pay and Apple Pay.
All payments are processed securely through our ecommerce platform, using industry-standard encryption.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Which items are final sale?
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened or used.
Final sale items include:
- Products that are applied directly to the body or lips

- Products that have been opened, tested, or used
These items cannot be returned once opened, even if only lightly used.
Eligible return items are typically products that:
