Order Production & Fulfillment Time

Please allow 5–9 business days for the standard production and fulfillment process for all VHues orders before they are handed over to our shipping carriers. This timeframe ensures careful handling and preparation of your products. ✨

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Please note: During peak periods (e.g., holidays, promotional events), this preparation and fulfillment time, as well as shipping times, may be extended. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Global (excluding Oceania): 5–14 Business Days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 7–22 Business Days

Therefore, the estimated total delivery time from placing your order (including production/fulfillment + shipping) is approximately:

  • North America: 8–14 Business Days*

Delivery to Remote Areas

*Shipments to certain remote locations may require additional transit time beyond the standard estimates listed above. Please allow for the following potential additional shipping days:

  • +5 to 8 additional business days: Nova Scotia (NS), Newfoundland & Labrador (NL), PEI, Remote Northern Ontario/Quebec, Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI)
  • +7 to 11 additional business days: Northwest Territories (NT), Yukon (YT), Nunavut (NU)

(This extra time affects both the shipping transit estimate and the total delivery estimate).

Order Tracking

Yes, tracking is included with your shipment. ✨ Once your order ships (after the 5-9 day production/fulfillment period), your confirmation email will contain a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving the email.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, DHL, FedEx, and others to deliver your VHues products. The most suitable carrier for your order will be selected based on your location and chosen shipping method. 🚚💨

International Shipping Information

We ship VHues products worldwide! Please note the following for international orders:

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are typically collected by the delivering carrier or customs office. We strongly advise contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order. Delays in customs processing can also affect total delivery time.
  • Currency: All order transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).

Shipping Restrictions

  • We may face limitations shipping to certain international P.O. Boxes. If this might affect you, please contact us before placing your order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders destined for locations known to have significant delivery restrictions or issues.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Accurate information is crucial for successful delivery of all your items.

VHues cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package containing your order is returned to us due to an address error, an additional shipping charge may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take care in packaging your order. However, if your package arrives damaged, or if you believe it is lost (please allow the full estimated total delivery timeframe, including production/fulfillment, shipping, potential remote area delays, and customs processing time, to pass first), contact us immediately at support@vhues.ca.

Please include your order number and relevant details (photographs are essential for damage claims). We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and find the best possible solution for your order.
