Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights that apply to you, including rights relating to defective or mis-described goods under applicable consumer protection laws.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed within 5–9 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be longer during product launches, promotional periods, or holidays.

All timelines provided are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs clearance, and external disruptions are outside our control.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped after processing is complete.

Shipping Destinations

VHUES Beauty ships to customers in Canada, the United States, and a growing list of international destinations.

Shipping availability is determined by our fulfillment partners and carrier networks at the time of order. Some countries or regions may be unavailable at checkout due to carrier restrictions, import regulations, or logistical limitations.

If your country does not appear at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that destination.

We continuously review and expand supported destinations as our logistics network evolves.

International Orders & Customs (DDU)

International orders ship Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).

Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and brokerage charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refused, abandoned, or unclaimed shipments due to unpaid fees are not eligible for refund.

Customs processing is controlled by destination authorities and may cause delays outside our control.

Orders placed to destinations that later prove undeliverable due to local import restrictions or carrier limitations may be cancelled and refunded prior to dispatch.

Multiple Shipments

Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability and warehouse location. If this occurs, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Tracking

All orders include tracking once dispatched.

Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships.

Address Accuracy & Deliverability

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including unit numbers, buzzers, and postal codes.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be resent after correction. Additional shipping charges may apply.

VHUES Beauty is not responsible for delivery failures caused by customer-provided errors.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once the carrier completes its investigation, VHUES will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit where appropriate.

Risk transfers to the carrier upon acceptance scan. However, we support customers through the carrier claims process until resolution.

Force Majeure

VHUES Beauty is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs delays, labor actions, weather events, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated from time to time.
The Effective Date applies to orders placed after that date.
Material changes will be posted here with a revised update date.
