Returns are initiated through your VHUES account dashboard. If anything feels unclear or you run into an issue, email support@vhues.ca.

How it works

  • 1) Log in to your account

    Visit account.vhues.ca to submit a return request and view order history.

  • 2) Submit your request

    Requests are reviewed and approved based on hygiene, condition, and inspection standards.

  • 3) If approved, we’ll send next steps

    Approved U.S. and Canada returns receive a free prepaid return label (where eligible).

Quick eligibility reminder: This applies only to orders placed on vhues.ca and shipped within the United States or Canada. Eligible items are typically pump, dropper, or squeeze tube packaging with no direct-contact applicator and at least 80% remaining. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are always eligible for resolution. Please report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos.
No exchanges at this time. International shipments are outside the scope of this policy, except for verified damage, defect, or fulfillment error.
