Processing may be longer during launches or holiday periods.
All timelines are estimates; carrier and customs delays are outside our control.

North America: CAD
All other regions: USD or EUR where indicated.
Banks may apply conversion or transaction fees.
5. Address Accuracy & Deliverability
Provide complete address details (unit, buzzer, postal code).
Returned shipments due to incorrect addresses can be resent after correction; extra postage may apply.
VHUES is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once the carrier completes investigation, we issue refund, replacement, or store credit.
Risk transfers to the carrier at acceptance scan, but we support all claims to resolution.
7. Force Majeure
VHUES is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (carrier failures, customs, supply chain issues, labor actions, weather, pandemics, or government restrictions).
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy prospectively.
Effective Date applies to orders placed after that date.
Material changes will be posted here and dated accordingly.
