Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights that apply to you (for example, rights regarding defective or mis-described goods).

45-Day Returns — Complete Confidence Guarantee (U.S. & Canada)

You have 45 days from your purchase date to request a return for eligible items that are new or lightly used and, for hygienic reasons, have not been applied directly to the body using a built-in applicator. Eligible items are typically those dispensed via a pump or tube (for example: foundation, primer).

3-Shade Match Kit

Final sale due to hygiene and custom assembly unless damaged or defective on arrival. If a kit arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@vhues.ca within 7 days with photos.

International Returns (Supported Regions)

In select supported countries (EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Israel, Singapore), returns are accepted within 14 days if items are sealed and unused. Customer covers return shipping. Returns must follow Section 3.

Other International Orders

Final sale except for verified defects, carrier damage, or product misdescription. Report issues within 7 days with photos.

1. Scope and Applicability

This Policy applies to all purchases made at vhues.ca.

  • U.S. and Canada shipments follow the 45-Day program.

  • Supported international regions follow Section 3.

  • All other regions: final sale except for verified defect or damage.

Hygiene & Safety

VHUES BEAUTY does not accept returns on any product where an applicator or surface comes into direct contact with the skin, lips, eyes, or body.

Examples (final sale for hygiene):
Lipsticks, Lip Gloss, Lip Oil, Mascara, Eyeliner, Eyebrow Gel, Brow Pencils, Brushes.

Products dispensed through pumps, droppers, or tubes without touching the skin may be return-eligible if not heavily used.

2. 45-Day Returns — U.S. & Canada

2.1 Eligibility

Returnable: products without direct-contact applicators (for example, foundation or primer in pumps).
Not returnable: products with direct-contact applicators unless defective or damaged.

2.2 Coverage Period

45 days from purchase date (not delivery date).

2.3 Condition

Must be new or lightly used with all essential components.

2.4 Refund Method

Refunded to original payment method or store credit if requested.
Refunds are issued in the same currency used at checkout.
North America transactions process in CAD; international in USD or EUR depending on region.
Taxes refunded where applicable. Outbound shipping non-refundable (unless required by law).
Promo codes not reinstated.
Processing: 5–7 business days after receipt + bank posting time.

2.5 Return Labels

Canada & U.S. — prepaid label provided (some remote exclusions).
Other regions — customer covers postage; must use a trackable service.
VHUES assumes risk only with label + acceptance scan.

3. International Orders

Important

International returns do not receive a prepaid label and do not automatically use the U.S./Canada return address.
If your order qualifies under this section, VHUES Support will confirm whether the U.S. return address can be used for your region and provide instructions.
Customers are responsible for postage and must use a trackable service.

3.1 Supported Regions

EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Israel, Singapore — 14 days, sealed & unused.

3.2 Other Regions

Final sale except defect/damage/misdescription; report within 7 days.

3.3 Currency & Duties

Refunds issued in the currency used at checkout.
Orders ship DDU; duties/VAT not refunded.

4. 3-Shade Match Kit

Final sale for hygiene unless damaged or incorrect. Contact within 7 days with photos.

5. Return Process

Email support@vhues.ca with order number & reason.
Receive prepaid label (U.S./Canada only).

  • U.S. & Canada: prepaid label required.

  • Supported international regions: customer-paid returns; Support will confirm if this address is valid for your region before you ship.

  • Returns from unsupported regions may not be accepted.

Ship and retain acceptance scan.
Refund issued after inspection.
Partial returns refunded pro-rata.
Exchanges processed as new order.

6. Fraud Prevention & Fair Use

Suspected abuse may lead to refusal.
Two returns in 12 months may restrict eligibility.
Chargebacks outside this process may void benefits.

7. Special Circumstances

Late arrivals valid if initiated on time.
Transit damage must be reported with photos within 7 days.
Force Majeure applies.

8. Administrative

Privacy governed by Privacy Policy.
Policy may change prospectively.
Gift credits stay with original purchaser.
Invalid clauses do not affect remainder.

9. Governing Law

British Columbia, Canada, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

10. ReVHUES Beauty Program

10.1 Scope

ReVHUES allows eligible customers to earn store credit for approved User-Generated Content (UGC) featuring VHUES products purchased from vhues.ca. Participation is voluntary and does not alter refund rights.

10.2 Relation to Returns

Credits are non-cash, non-refundable, and final once issued.

10.3 Credit Value

Approved submissions earn store credit matched to the exact product subtotal you paid (after discounts, before shipping, duties, or taxes) for eligible VHUES products featured in the post, capped at:

  • up to $30 CAD for each approved photo post

  • up to $50 CAD for each approved video post

Limit: up to 2 approvals every 3 months (max $100 CAD).
Issued as a VHUES digital gift card. Valid 6 months.
Not redeemable for cash or refundable.

10.4 Eligibility Requirements & Review

There is no posting deadline requirement. The previous 21-day posting window is no longer in effect.
Post must remain public during review.
Must tag @vhuesbeauty and include #revhues.
Platforms: Instagram feed posts or reels, TikTok, YouTube.
Instagram Stories don’t qualify.
Simple product photos qualify; review-style content welcome but not required.
Review time ≈ 5 business days.
VHUES may deny incomplete, ineligible, or policy-violating submissions.

10.5 Returns on Credited Orders

If a credited product is returned:
Credit is void; refund reduced by the exact credit amount used, or credit cancelled if unused.

10.6 Modifications

Program may change prospectively without affecting previously issued credits.

10.7 Exclusions

Products acquired via:

  • ReVHUES credits

  • PR, gifting, giveaways, or free promotions
    are not eligible for refunds.
