Unopened and unused Brow Gel
may qualify for return within
the applicable window when
it remains in original condition,
with original packaging and
essential components.
Any applicable protective
or tamper seals must
remain intact.
Once opened or used:
Brow Gel is generally excluded
from voluntary change-of-mind
returns because the applicator
comes into direct contact
with brow hairs and skin,
then re-enters the container.
This product does not qualify
for the lightly evaluated
return allowance that may
apply to eligible pump or
squeeze-tube products.
Applicable consumer rights
remain unaffected.
