How to return orders placed through the VHUES Try-On (14-Day Trial). Quick reference for standard purchases included below.

Summary: Your 14-day trial begins once your Try-On delivery arrives. Start your return before the 14-day trial ends to avoid charges. Products can be returned in any condition. We’ll cancel the hold and cover return shipping once approved.

Step 1 — Start your return

Email with:

  • Your order number
  • Optional: a brief note about your experience
  • Optional: a quick photo of the product in natural light

Use subject line: Try-On Return Request.

Step 2 — Ship it back

After confirming your request, we’ll send step-by-step return instructions and the return address. Please ship the product back:

  • In original packaging (if available)
  • In any condition — used or unused
  • So it arrives within 7 days after your trial ends

Return shipping reimbursement: Pay the carrier, then email your receipt to . We’ll reimburse once the return is received and approved.

Special Situations

  • Return initiated during trial but arrives late: You may see a temporary charge, refunded once we approve the return.
  • Return requested after trial ends: You may return within 30 days of delivery if the product is sealed for transit. We’ll refund product price + return shipping with receipt.

Standard Purchases — Non Try-On Orders

  • Opened products: Final sale (hygiene/safety).
  • Unopened, unused: Return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Damaged or incorrect: Contact within 5 days with photos for replacement or refund (shipping covered).
  • For returns, email with your order number.
