Shake well before every use to combine the oil and water phases into one fast-acting removal formula.

Saturate, press, and pause

Saturate a cotton pad, then press it gently over closed eyes or lips for a few seconds. Allow the formula time to loosen waterproof and long-wear pigment before wiping.

Sweep the pad away without pulling or scrubbing. Repeat with a fresh pad where needed until the area feels clean, calm, and residue-free.
