Lipstick hygiene: Once opened or used, lipsticks are generally final sale for ordinary voluntary change-of-mind returns.

Luxury Cream Lipstick Return Eligibility

Unopened and unused lipstick may qualify for return within the applicable window when it remains in original condition, with original packaging and essential components. Any applicable protective or tamper seals must remain intact.

Once opened or used: Lipsticks are generally excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons. Direct contact with the lips means hygienic resale cannot reliably be verified.

Eligibility is reviewed according to product condition, the Complete Confidence Policy and applicable consumer rights. Statutory withdrawal and other mandatory protections remain unaffected.
