45-day eligible returns. Unopened, unused Concealing Cream may qualify for a return within 45 days of delivery, with free prepaid return shipping.
Applicator hygiene: Concealing Cream uses a direct-contact doe-foot wand. Once opened or used, it is generally final sale for ordinary change-of-mind returns.
Mandatory consumer rights and remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed products remain unaffected.

VHUES products are prepared and fulfilled on demand. Processing generally takes 5–9 business days before transit begins.
Unopened and unused concealers may be eligible when returned within the applicable window, in original condition, with original packaging and essential components. Any applicable hygiene or tamper seals must remain intact.
Once opened or used: Products with direct-contact wand applicators are generally excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons.
Unlike qualifying pump-bottle products, this concealer does not qualify for the standard lightly evaluated return allowance after opening.
