Brush Return Eligibility
Unopened and unused brushes may qualify
for return within the applicable window
when they remain in original condition
with original packaging and essential
components. Any applicable protective,
hygiene or tamper seals must remain intact.
Once opened or used:
Brushes are generally excluded from
voluntary change-of-mind returns for
hygiene reasons. Applicable statutory
rights, including qualifying EU and UK
cancellation or withdrawal rights,
remain unaffected.
