Return Eligibility at a Glance
Eligible items include products dispensed by pumps or droppers, with at least 50 percent remaining. Items with direct-contact applicators are final sale unless defective or damaged.
Hygiene and Safety
For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns for products where the applicator or surface touches the skin, lips, eyes or body.
Examples include lipsticks, mascara, lip oils, eyeliners, brow products, brushes and similar items.
Refund Timeline
We process refunds within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your return. Banks typically post the refund in 5 to 10 business days.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method in the same currency used at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada are final sale unless defective or damaged in transit. Report issues with photos within 7 days.
