Unopened and unused products
may qualify for return within
the applicable window when
they remain in original condition,
with original packaging
and essential components.
Any applicable protective
or tamper seals must
remain intact.
Once opened or used:
Lash Rejuvenator is generally
excluded from voluntary
change-of-mind returns
for hygiene reasons.
The mascara wand directly
contacts the lashes and
re-enters the container,
so hygienic resale cannot
reliably be verified.
Voluntary hygiene exclusions
do not override mandatory
consumer rights.
Any statutory hygiene exemption
applies only where the
requirements of the
relevant law are met.
