Eyeliner Return Eligibility
Unopened and unused
eyeliner pens may qualify
for return within the
applicable window when
they remain in original
condition, with original
packaging and essential
components.
Any applicable protective
or tamper seals must
remain intact.
Once opened or used:
Liquid eyeliners are
generally excluded from
voluntary change-of-mind
returns for hygiene reasons.
Applicator tips come into
direct contact with the
eye area, so hygienic resale
cannot reliably be verified.
Eligibility is reviewed
according to product condition,
the Complete Confidence Policy
and applicable consumer rights.
A voluntary return restriction
does not override statutory
withdrawal or other
mandatory consumer protections.
